Now that we're going to partner together, let's talk about a lot of money. I can't promise anything, of course, but there's a whole lot of people out there with a whole lot of less worries than we have. Insurance company statistics show that over 90% of all foreclosures and bankruptcies could be solved by only and extra $300 per month. Let's make a whole bunch more than that!

• We're not going to be fooling around... this takes work. What you put in, is what you get out.

• We're not going to be bothering our friends, neighbors and relatives. That sucks.

• I'll make sure you get the training to do everything I describe.

• You'll need at least 2 to 4 hours per week to invest in your business. The more time, the more money you make.

• At minimum, you'll need a Facebook profile. Hopefully you'll get Google+ and Twitter as well. We have training on how to utilize them. It's all free.

• I'll suggest you get Google Voice. It's a great way for people to contact you where ever you are. I can show you how to set it up, and it's free.

• You'll need to become a member of Team Top Hat on Facebook, it's a support group where we help each other answer customer questions and share info on new memberships. There are Doctors, Nutritionists, Business Professionals, Social Media Wizards... anything you can think of that you may need help with.

• You're going to have to spend two nights a month at an Isagenix event, or a Webinar from home. If for no other reason, to keep up on what the company is doing. Plus there's a lot of training to be had, and it doesn't cost you anything.

• You'll be given a personal website free. It will be your business center. I'll walk you through it, but it's up to you to go through every nook and cranny and see what's there. If there's any questions, just call me. Take a peek at mine here.

• I'm always available from 10 am 'til 7 pm. Just call or text 602-492-7272 Outside those times, just post your question in Team Top Hat. Someone will answer quickly.

So by now you're probably wondering what the catch is... Here we go...

• Just like Costco, Sam's Club and the others, there's an Associate membership fee. It's $29 for the year. $39 for customers.

• Become a product of the product. Pick out what you want, and buy it. I don't care if it's a can of the Isalean Shake, Product B, or a Presidents Package... You can't represent what you don't use yourself. It doesn't make sense. If you don't like it, it has a money back guarantee anyway, so not only is your risk nothing, but you get to eat your overhead.

• Make sure your order is on Auto Ship... It's the cheapest way to get the products, and you can change the product(s), put off the date and cancel at any time. (That's one of the functions of your website) Again, all products come with a money back guarantee so I assure you there's no worry.

• When your package arrives, call me. I'll walk you through it and teach you everything you need to know to get started. It also shows you how to do it. In a year I have over 200 on Team Top Hat, and everyone knows how to handle a new Associate.

• Isagenix provides massive amounts of Web training online and in person, and they don't charge anything. It's up to us to put in the effort. This is your business.

If you haven't run off yet I guess I should tell you how to get paid.

• Retail. I swore I'd never sell anything to anyone. But there's people who keep coming to me and want to buy. Gosh darn it. To tell the truth, that alone wouldn't make the work worth it. But it's there.

• Cash Rebates: Now you're talking! These have provided me with hundreds a week. The packages people love most have the largest rebates. All cash!

• Personal Rank Advancement Bonus: Every time you advance you get paid, and get paid very well. You'll find out more on your website.

All I ask of you...

• Be trainable. I have a lot of business owners on the team. We all share and learn from each other, but sometimes it's hard to have to listen to someone else. There's a lot of new marketing techniques. Remember, most small businesses had to start by enrolling friends, neighbors and relatives. We don't have to do that any more.
• You need to have 2 to 4 hours a week. Your business isn't going to run on auto pilot. You can wait until it starts paying you to make more than that worthwhile. Plus two nights a month for an event or a Webinar. There are plenty to choose from, so it can fit in your schedule.
• Many have made a lot of money in a short period of time. Good for them. Commit yourself to your future. They say most new businesses fail in the first three years. Most home businesses fail in the first month. This is going to take discipline. I decided to give it 5 years. You have to decide for yourself what you're willing to do. Over the first year mine blossomed. I don't know if you're willing to go through the steps like I did.
• Commit yourself to your health and well being. The products work... it's the basis of the business. There's no denying the results. The health and well being industry is a multi billion dollar industry. What's your fair share?
• When the folks start poking fun at you, (and they will) have the courage to smile and move on.
  Remember: When you start looking a whole lot better... They start looking a whole lot worse. It's a human emotion. Don't let them get to you.
• Have the courage to quit! If it's not your thing, or  you don't like the products for any reason, don't worry about it. Just call Customer Service and get your money back. I'd rather you told everyone you tried it and it didn't work, than go around bad mouthing us and being miserable.
• Keep good records! You're in a home based business now. You won't believe the tax deductions. I've had Associates sign up for that alone!
